Technicien(ne) en Orthodontie

Notre client est un laboratoire dentaire bien établi et respecté qui est en affaires depuis plus de 30 ans. Ils cherchent un(e) technicien(ne) en orthodontie bilingue pour joindre et diriger leur équipe de 5 techniciens.


Se rapportant directement au président, la personne choisie:

    • Supervisera tout le fonctionnement du laboratoire tout en dirigeant et gérant l’équipe dédiée du laboratoire dans le but de maintenir son succès;
    • Sera l’unique contact pour tous les clients (orthodontistes et dentistes);
    • Co-créera avec confiance, discutera et personnalisera les appareils orthodontiques au téléphone avec les dentistes;
    • Aura une connaissance approfondie de la fabrication et du design de la plupart des appareils orthodontiques;
    • Aura la capacité de fabriquer efficacement la plupart des appareils orthodontiques;
    • Sera hautement qualifiée dans le travail de pliage de fil métallique et en résine acrylique;
    • Prendra à coeur son travail de leader et de joueur d’équipe;
    • Aura d’excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles;
    • Maîtrisera le français et l’anglais.

Bilingual Orthodontic Technician

Our client is a well established and well respected Dental Laboratory, servicing the industry for more than 30 years. They are seeking a Bilingual Orthodontic Technician to join and lead their team of 5 technicians.

Reporting directly to the President, the successful hire shall:

    • Be hands-on and oversee the complete operation of this laboratory, leading and managing the current loyal staff into continued success.
    • Be the sole contact to all clients (Orthodontist and dentist)
    • Confidently co-design, discuss and customize orthodontic appliances over the phone with dentists.
    • Have Extensive knowledge of the fabrication and design of most orthodontic appliances.
    • Ability to fabricate most orthodontic appliances efficiently
    • Be highly skilled in wire bending and acrylic work.
    • Take pride in being both a leader and team player.
    • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Have strong command in both the English and French languages
