TECHNICIEN de SERVICE


Notre client est un principal distributeur d'équipement digital comprenant les machines industrielles de broderie, imprimeurs pour vêtement, des lasers et des équipements d'imprimant pour des très larges format.

Le technicien d'équipement digital sera requise de fournir l'expertise dans les ventes à soutenir la formation et l'entretien de l'équipement.


QUALIFICATIONS EXIGÉES:

    • Aptitude dans des réparations et le diagnostic mécaniques
    • Mécaniquement incliné - à l'aise avec des outils et des machines
    • Expérience en tant que technicien des services d'appele
    • La connaissance de Windows comprenant XP, 7, 8 et 10
    • La connaissance de logiciel comprenant CorelDraw, Coral Paint, ADOBE Illustrator et Photoshop
    • La connaissance des environnements de réseau
    • Capacité a résoodres des problème techniques
    • Méthodique et patient
    • Bilingue Anglais / Français. Capacité d'être à l'aise et confortable en parlant tous les deux langues.


CONDITIONS:

    • Permis de conduire valide
    • Capable à voyager dehors de l'ile de Montréal ( 1 à 4 jours par mois )


Toutes les dépenses seront payées quand requis pour travailler en dehors de de Montréal (voiture, hôtel, etc.). Le téléphone portable et l'ordinateur portable seront également fournis.

MECHANICAL FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Our client is a leading distributor of digital equipment including industrial embroidery machines, direct to garment printers, lasers and wide to format printing equipment.

As a digital equipment technician you will be required to provide expertise in sales support training and servicing of the equipment.


SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Aptitude in mechanical repairs and diagnostics
    • Mechanically inclined - at ease with tools and machinery
    • Experience as a technician in conducting service calls and reporting
    • Knowledge of Windows OS including XP,7,8 and 10
    • Knowledge of industry related software including CorelDraw, Coral Paint, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
    • Basic knowledge of network environments
    • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
    • Be methodical and patient
    • Bilingual English / French. Ability to be at ease and comfortable in speaking both languages.


REQUIREMENTS:

    • Possess a valid driver’s license
    • Able to travel, at times 1 to 4 nights per month


All expenses shall be paid when required to work outside of Montreal ( car, hotel, etc). Cell phone and laptop shall also be provided.
