Programmeur en automatisation

RESPONSABILITÉS :

Le programmeur en automatisation participe à toutes les étapes menant à la réalisation du projet soit la conception, la programmation, l'installation et le dépannage du système automatisé.

    • Participe à la définition des projets.
    • Analyse, développe, programme et teste les systèmes de contrôle de procédés au bureau.
    • Effectue la mise en route des systèmes chez les clients en usine.
    • Génère un rapport d’évolution des projets, des installations en route et de service.
    • Produit des devis techniques pour des systèmes de projet.
    • Crée et actualise la documentation des systèmes développés.
    • Offre un soutien technique niveau 3.
    • Réalise toutes autres tâches connexes.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES :

    • Baccalauréat ou diplôme d’études collégial en génie électrique ou gestion de la production automatisée ou automatisation industrielle ou l’équivalent.
    • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en automatisation.
    • Expérience en programmation PLC Ladder, Structured Text et Grafcet.
    • Expérience en Control Motion, servodrive et servovalve hydraulique.
    • Bonne connaissance des logiciels d’Allen Bradley RSLogix 5, 500, 5000, FactoryTalk.
    • Connaissance des équipements Allen Bradley : PLC5, SLC500, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, PanelView, VFD PowerFlex, Servo Drive Kinetix.
    • Connaissance des réseaux PLC : RIO, Control Net, Device Net, Ethernet IP.
    • Connaissance de Delta motion.
    • Capable d’analyser des programmes PLC existants de source divers.
    • Maîtrise fonctionnelle du Français et de l’Anglais.

Automation Programmer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Programmer in automation participates in all steps leading to the completion of a project from the concept, the programming, the installation and the troubleshooting of the automated systems.

    • Participates in defining projects
    • Analyze, develop, program and test process control systems at the office.
    • Prepare the start-ups of systems at the clients’ mills.
    • Generate a progress report on projects, installations under way and service.
    • Create and update documentation of existing systems.
    • Provide level 3 technical support.
    • Carry out all other related duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Bachelor or collegial diploma in electrical engineering or management of automated production or industrial automation or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in automation.
    • Experience in PLC Ladder, Structured Text and Grafcet programming.
    • Experience in Control Motion, servodrive and servovalve hydraulics.
    • Good knowledge of Allen Bradley RSLogix 5, 500, 5000 and FactoryTalk softwares.
    • Knowledge of Allen Bradley equipments: PLC5, SLC500, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, PanelView, VFD PowerFlex and Servo Drive Kinetix.
    • Knowledge of PLC networks: RIO, Control Net, Device Net, Ethernet IP.
    • Knowledge of Delta motion.
    • Working knowledge of French and English.

    • Ability of handling pressure during installations.
