Technicien(ne) comptable principal(e)

Notre client, une entreprise prospère du secteur alimentaire, invite un(e) technicien(ne) comptable à rejoindre son bureau du centre-ville.

Une fois en poste, vous travaillerez sous l'autorité du contrôleur et ferez partie intégrante de l'équipe des finances. Vous assumerez diverses responsabilités, et vous devrez notamment gérer le cycle complet des comptes clients et fournisseurs, et participer à la préparation des budgets et des états financiers.

Description du poste :

    - Prendre en charge les écritures de journal
    - Analyser les comptes du grand livre
    - Gérer les comptes clients et fournisseurs
    - Faire les rapprochements bancaires
    - Aider à la préparation des budgets
    - Faire les rapprochements de comptes (grand livre)
    - Préparer des rapports gouvernementaux (TPS/TVQ)
    - Participer à la préparation des états financiers

Exigences :

    - DEC ou baccalauréat
    - 3 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire
    - Expérience dans le secteur alimentaire (un atout)
    - Connaissance pratique du logiciel Excel
    - Bilinguisme (français/anglais)

Senior Accounting Technician

 

Our client, a well-established company in the food industry, is looking to hire a Senior Accounting Technician for their office in downtown area.

Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be an integral part of the financial team. You will have various responsibilities, such as managing the full accounts payable and receivable cycle and assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.

Job Description:

    - Take charge of various journal entries
    - Analyze general ledger accounts
    - Manage accounts payable and receivable
    - Perform bank reconciliation
    - Assist with the preparation of budgets
    - Perform general ledger accounts reconciliation
    - Prepare Government reports (GST/QST)
    - Assist with the preparation of financial statement

Job Requirements:

    - DEC or bachelor's degree
    - 3 years of pertinent experience
    - Experience in the food industry (an asset)
    - Experience with Excel
    - Bilingualism (French/English)
